We are honoured to welcome Vladyslav Biliachenko, one of the Royal Academy of Music’s top saxophonists and brightest talents, who will be performing live at The Priory Tavern on Saturday 4th October at 7pm.
Born in Ukraine, Vladyslav has wowed audiences across Europe, winning top prizes in international competitions from Prague to Nice, and earning prestigious scholarships from both the Royal Academy of Music and the Drake Calleja Foundation. His recent solo recitals at the Barnes Music Festival and Petworth House drew standing ovations, leaving audiences mesmerised by his artistry. His journey has taken him from the Glier Academy of Music in Kyiv to London, where he now studies on a full scholarship at the world-renowned Royal Academy of Music.

Celebrating 80 years of Animal Farm
Throughout August and into mid-September, we’ll be serving a George Orwell-themed menu featuring a selection of dishes that were among Orwell’s favourites. This special menu marks the 80th anniversary of the publication of Animal Farm. Written while Orwell lived just a few minutes away at 10a Mortimer Crescent—and during a time when he was a regular at The Priory Tavern—we’re proud to celebrate this connection. Staying true to our roots, we continue to be the kind of community-centred pub that Orwell himself so greatly enjoyed.
