All Roasts are served with homemade gravy, yorkshire pudding, garlic & rosemary roast potatoes, buttered carrots, savoy cabbage, and parsnips.

Want to know the secret to our amazing roasts? We simmer our house made beef gravy for 12 hours with roasted bones, vegetables and herbs. We then reduce the stock for another 8 hours with ruby port, red wine and brandy. We save the caramelised beef fat and add it to our beef dripping, before gently infusing it with rosemary and garlic to use as the base for roasting our potatoes for all of our meat roasts.
